Acceptable Use Policy
This draft explains prohibited conduct and content when using Drivefino.
Early-access notice. Drivefino is currently in an early-access validation stage. Product features and these terms may develop as the service is tested and improved.
Use the service lawfully
Use Drivefino only for authorised professional purposes and comply with applicable privacy, communications, intellectual-property, safeguarding and driving-instructor rules.
Prohibited access and interference
- Access or attempt to access another tenant, account or non-public system without authorisation.
- Probe, scan, test or bypass security except under written permission.
- Introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, overload the service, scrape at unreasonable scale or disrupt availability.
- Reverse engineer except to the limited extent applicable law cannot prohibit it.
Prohibited data and communications
- Upload or disclose data without authority or a lawful basis.
- Use Drivefino for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, harassment, threats, exploitation or deceptive conduct.
- Send spam or communications that breach consent, preference or direct-marketing rules.
- Upload infringing, illegal, malicious or materially misleading content.
- Store unnecessary passwords, payment-card data or highly sensitive data in free-form notes/documents.
Enforcement
Drivefino may investigate and proportionately restrict affected access where reasonably necessary to protect people, tenants or the service, comply with law or address a material breach. Notice and an opportunity to cure will be provided where appropriate and lawful.

Report abuse or a security concern to support@drivefino.com. Include only the information needed to understand the issue.
